QA/QC Introduction

QC / technical support:
We set up six technical support departments. The view inspection dept. inspects the parts before the storing entry, the laboratory performs physical and chemical test, R&D center improves products continuously, and technical dept. observes assembling and testing. Chief engineer office audit and trace all of the quality problems.

Materials / components:
Our performance parts are made from the materials of national standards. For example, our gears are made from 20CrMo steel.

Procedures / testing details:
We carry out total quality management system. Above this, all of our models withstand 6,000km road test, so that all potential faults and defects in the process of designing and manufacturing can be found and ruled out.

Other information:
Our key procedures are done by digit-controlled machines, machining center and specialized machines. For example, crankcase by VMC750 vertical machining center, mould by digit-controlled machine, cylinder head by specialized machine NJ001. We abide by procedures of ISO9000.
